Last month’s nutrition article discussed fueling the work that needs to be done, focusing primarily on general fueling guidelines/strategies while riding. But what about overall caloric intake?
Great article! I totally agree with the calorie concept--and, yeah, RED-S is everywhere, not just the pros. I think a lot of athletes become over-focused on weight loss/maintenance so that it's hard for them grasp that they need to "feed the beast."
