Do you have any advice/tips/tricks for building confidence during long steep descents (both aerobars & drops)?
Tell us about your happiest bike riding moment ever
Fluids and longer rides. I have read that some advocate water or glucose/fructose and/or electrolyte replacement. The latter was almost exclusively what we trained on - replacing salt almost 40 years ago and I guess where Gatorade originated from. What is the current thinking?
Do you have any strength training / stretching resources you would recommend for triathletes? If so, how do you recommend these type of sessions are scheduled during a normal training week?
Tagging on a previous question, I can’t really tolerate any of the sports drinks you can buy, so I still mostly use water, or juice mixed with water and a little salt. Is there another recipe you like?
What is the benefit of tubeless, if you have to lose some grip?
